70’S Rock Stars At Their Parents Houses – Part 2

Back in November, we posted a gallery of 1970s rock stars posing with their parents in their parents homes. We saw Frank Zappa, Grace Slick, Elton John, Eric Clapton, Donovan, David Crosby and the Jackson Five. The gallery was incredibly popular – I think that the pictures were so compelling due to the humanizing effect they had for these huge stars.

At that time, I promised that I would have some more pictures for you. Well, I wasn’t lying. Here they are. We have more Grace Slick and Jackson Five, there’s Ritchie Havens, Joe Cocker and my personal favorite, Ginger Baker.

Another Jackson five picture with their parents (clockwise): Jackie, parents Joe and Katherine, Marion, Tito, Jermaine, and Michael in their backyard. Encino, California 1970.  Oh man, I wish I have my little Honda 50cc minibike again! As we all know, Michael completely perfected Grace Slick’s “dangerous baby” move a few years ago.
